Eaton JV Softball Slides Into A Blow-Out Win Over Sterling

Eaton Junior Varsity Softball asserted their will over Sterling on their way to an easy 13-5 victory. The Reds JV took an early lead in the first inning. Jaeli Lewis drew a walk, scoring one run.

Eaton Junior Varsity Softball took the lead for good with six runs in the second inning. In the second Jaelyn Montoya doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, Christina SoRelle singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, Stephanie Bingley singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run, Lewis doubled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run, and Eaton Softball - Junior Varsity scored one run on a stolen base. Bingley was the winning pitcher for the Eaton JV. She lasted four innings, allowing six hits and five runs while striking out two.

#9 took the loss for Sterling. She surrendered 13 runs on eight hits over three innings, striking out two.

The Reds tallied eight hits in the game. Bingley and Lewis all managed multiple hits for the JV. Lewis and Bingley had two hits to lead the Reds.

#18 led Sterling with two hits in two at bats. Sterling didn't commit a single error in the field. #24 had the most chances in the field with two.

Six RBI Day For Christina SoRelle Spells Out Victory For Junior Varsity Softball Over Platte Valley

Christina SoRelle wasted no opportunities at the plate on Saturday, driving in six on one hits to lead Eaton JV Softball past Platte Valley 27-2 on Saturday. SoRelle drove in runs on a double in the first, a walk in the second, and a walk in the third.

The Reds secured the victory thanks to 16 runs in the first inning. The offensive onslaught came from walks by Shelby Pribelsky, Chloe Shultz, Pribelsky, Shultz, and Bree Vincent, doubles by Stephanie Bingley, Karli Havel, and SoRelle, singles by Jaelyn Montoya and Lina Cruz, a triple by Jaeli Lewis, and an error on a ball put in play by SoRelle.

Montoya pitched the Reds. She surrendered two runs on three hits over three innings, striking out two.

#5 took the loss for Platte Valley. She surrendered 27 runs on seven hits over one and one-third innings, striking out one.

Havel went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Eaton n hits. The Reds tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. SoRelle led the way with two.

University Defeats Resilient Eaton JV Softball

Eaton Junior Varsity Softball's effort to come back from down seven runs in the fourth inning came up just short, as they fell 8-6 to University on Friday. The Reds scored five runs in the failed comeback on a walk by Christina SoRelle, a double by Jaeli Lewis, and a double by Karli Havel.

The Reds fell behind early in the loss. University scored on a double by S Ensinia and a single by A Hikida in the first inning.

University got on the board in the first inning when Ensinia doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Eaton put up five runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught by Eaton was led by SoRelle, Lewis, and Havel, who each had RBIs in the inning.

University scored four runs in the second inning. The offensive onslaught by University was led by A Rodriguez and Ensinia, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

K Hinz took the win for University. She went three and a third innings, allowing two runs on four hits and striking out five. N Hornung threw two-thirds of an inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Jaelyn Montoya took the loss for the Reds. She went four innings, allowing eight runs on 12 hits and striking out two.

Eaton JV tallied six hits on the day. Lewis and Havel all had multiple hits for the Reds. Havel and Lewis each managed two hits to lead Eaton Softball - Junior Varsity.

University racked up 12 hits on the day. Rodriguez, Hikida, Ensinia, Hinz, and K Jones each managed multiple hits for University. Rod led University with three hits in three at bats. University was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Ensinia made the most plays with eight.

Eaton JV Softball Grabs Lead In Fourth Inning For Victory Over Brush

Eaton JV Softball took the lead late in the game in a 13-3 victory over Brush on Tuesday. The game was tied at three with the Reds batting in the bottom of the fourth when Julia Meagher grounded out, scoring two runs.

Eaton earned the victory despite allowing Brush to score three runs in the first inning.

Brush fired up the offense in the first inning. Brush scored one run when #24 singled.

Eaton notched eight runs in the fifth inning. Chloe Shultz, Shelby Pribelsky, Christina SoRelle, Meagher, Jaeli Lewis, and Jaelyn Montoya each had RBIs in the frame.

Meagher was the winning pitcher for Eaton. She went four innings, allowing three runs on four hits, striking out six and walking zero. Montoya threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Eaton saw the ball well today, racking up 11 hits in the game. Pribelsky, Bree Vincent, Lewis, and Montoya each collected multiple hits for the Reds. Montoya, Lewis, Vincent, and Pribelsky each collected two hits to lead Eaton.

Eaton Junior Varsity Softball Defeats Valley In Blow Out Victory Thanks To First Inning Boost

Eaton JV Softball  knocked in 11 runs in the first on its way to an 18-1 victory over Valley on Thursday. Eaton's big inning was driven by walks by Lina Cruz and Jaelyn Montoya, singles by Bree Vincent and Cristina SoRelle, doubles by Shelby Pribelsky and Montoya, a triple by Jaeli Lewis, by Zoe Lampe, and an error on a ball put in play by Karli Havel.

Montoya was credited with the victory for the Reds. She went three innings, allowing one run on one hit and striking out seven.

Eaton socked one home run on the day. Havel had a dinger in the second inning.

Eaton had eight hits in the game. Pribelsky and Havel all had multiple hits. Havel and Pribelsky each managed two hits to lead the Reds

Eaton Softball - Junior Varsity Overcomes Strasburg In Face Of Early 3-Run Inning

Eaton JV Softball weathered a push by Strasburg in the third inning where the Reds coughed up three runs, but Eaton still won 18-5 on Saturday. 

The Reds secured the victory thanks to ten runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught came from singles by Karli Havel, Lina Cruz, Cristina SoRelle, Stephanie Bingley, and Jaelyn Montoya and an error on a ball put in play by Cruz.

Eaton fired up the offense in the first inning, when Shelby Pribelsky tripled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

The Reds scored ten runs in the fourth inning. Havel, Cruz, SoRelle, Bingley, Montoya, and Cruz each drove in runs during the inning.

Bingley got the win for Eaton  She surrendered five runs on five hits over four innings, striking out two.

#33 took the loss for Strasburg. She allowed 14 hits and 18 runs over four innings, striking out two.

Eaton  totaled 14 hits in the game. Pribelsky, Havel, Bingley, SoRelle, Montoya, and Cruz all managed multiple hits for Eaton. Cruz, Montoya, SoRelle, Bingley, Havel, and Pribelsky each managed two hits to lead the JV. Eaton stole ten bases during the game as three players stole more than one. SoRelle led the way with three.

Eaton JV Softball had all cylinders firing on offense on Saturday, winning big over Sterling 16-3

Eaton got on the board in the first inning when Jaeli Lewis drew a walk, scoring one run.

Jaelyn Montoya earned the win for Eaton. Montoya surrendered three runs on three hits over four innings, striking out three and walking one.

Lewis, Shelby Pribelsky, and Zoe Lampe each collected one hit to lead Eaton.

Eaton Junior Varsity Softball Claims Lead In Third Inning To Defeat University

Eaton Junior Varsity Softball took the lead late and defeated University 13-6 on Thursday. The game was tied at six with Eaton batting in the top of the third when Bree Vincent doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs.

University scored six runs in the first inning, but the Reds still managed to pull out the victory.

Stephanie Bingley pitched Eaton to victory. Bingley lasted four innings, allowing 11 hits and six runs while striking out five.

Eaton tallied ten hits. Jaelyn Montoya, Vincent, and Mackenna Truax each racked up multiple hits for the Reds Truax, Vincent, and Montoya each collected two hits to lead Eaton. The Reds didn't commit a single error in the field. Karli Havel had six chances in the field, the most on the team.
