Eaton Softball - Varsity defeated Strasburg 8-0 on Saturday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Julia Meagher induced a fly out from M Brewer to finish off the game.

Eaton Softball - Varsity got things started in the first inning.  Stephanie Bingley singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Eaton Softball - Varsity notched three runs in the sixth inning.  Eaton Softball - Varsity offense in the inning was led by Jaeli Lewis, Olivia Comer, and Jaelyn Montoya, all driving in runs in the frame.

A single by G Graf in the seventh inning was a positive for Strasburg.

Sadie Ross got the win for Eaton Softball - Varsity. The pitcher lasted six and two-thirds innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out 14.  Meagher threw one-third of an inning in relief out of the bullpen.

K Rushman took the loss for Strasburg. The bulldog went six innings, allowing eight runs on 12 hits.

Eaton Softball - Varsity collected 12 hits on the day.  Kiauna Smith, Emma Pinkstaff, Lewis, and Bingley all managed multiple hits for Eaton Softball - Varsity.  Smith went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Eaton Softball - Varsity in hits.
